Delivery charges will be added at the checkout after you choose your delivery method. We deliver using Australia Post. 

An email notification will be sent once your order has been posted.

Click & Collect

Alternatively, you may choose to collect your online order instore from the Library Shop located on level 1 of the State Library of Queensland building at Stanley Street, South Bank Brisbane.
Simply choose 'Click & Collect' as your delivery option when checking out. You will not be charged for delivery.

Gift wrapping

We've made gift-giving easy for you, with complimentary gift wrapping! Gift wrapping is available at the checkout for no extra charge. You also have the option to add a personalised message which we will hand write for you on a small card.

Returns 

We hope that you are delighted with everything you buy from us, but we also understand that there will be times you need to return items.

We are happy to accept returns within one month of receipt of your order provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition. Please return the item to us either in store or via post, with the original packaging and receipt. If sending via post, please include a copy of your order confirmation or tax invoice, ensure the item is securely packed and protected, and that you have retained your proof of postage.

Problems with your order?

Faulty or damaged items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us and we will happily discuss refund or replacement arrangements with you. 

Incorrect address

If you have submitted an order with the incorrect address and it has already been dispatched with Australia Post, we are unable to intercept the parcel to correct the address. If you have not yet received a dispatch notice from us, please call us on 07 3840 7576 and we will do our best to assist.
