Styled on the photo album type of historic souvenir pamphlets of place, this beautifully presented brochure shows colourised old photographs of aspects of the city of Rockhampton and its social history. Coloured photos, from the 1880s to the early 1930s, feature city street views of East and Quay Sts, Lakes Creek Meatworks, the first Fitzroy River Bridge during the 1918 floods, and rollerskating 1880s style.
